5X Air Fine Seed Cleaner for Grains Seeds Fine cleaning

5X air screen seed cleaner is widely used for intensive cleaning to remove coarse and fine impurities,light impurities, broken grains; grading seeds according to sizes by screening and air aspiration.
Application: It can be used for the cleaning and processing of seeds of various crops such as wheat,rice, corn, barley, beans and lentils; and it can also be used for the selection and processing of various grains and oilseeds.
Capacity: up to 12t/h (wheat).

Air-Screen Cleaner Working Principle
Excellent cleaning and grading function of 5X Air Screen Cleaner' is accomplished by variable screen configuration, pre and after suction system,and air lifting blowers at the bottom.Closed, bolted and painted steel construction ensures the long service life and safe operation.

Seeds and grains can be separated from impurities for different physical and mechanical properties.
1. Screens: according to different width and thickness sizes of seeds.
2. Fans (air blowers): by different weight and aerodynamic characteristics.
