The Lecheng Machinery TQSF gravity grader & destoner excels at purifying grain by removing stones through precise density differentiation. It effectively eliminates heavy impurities like glass and metal while using advanced air systems to whisk away lighter impurities such as grass seeds, slag, soil, and dust with remarkable efficiency.

Working Principle

Upon entering the feed inlet, materials gracefully descend into the drip baffler within the feed box. The machine's harmonious vibration evenly spreads the materials across the screen's width. Through a coordinated symphony of vibration and airflow, materials self-stratify based on specific gravity and particle size. Lighter materials form an upper layer discharged at the machine's tail, while an air suction system swiftly removes lighter hulls, dust, and impurities.

Denser materials, along with sandstone and clay pieces, settle on the lower sieve. The vibrational forces and density differences propel heavier materials toward the sieve's tail, while sand, stone, and mud are efficiently directed to the sieve's head. Gravel and granules are neatly expelled from the machine, ensuring a thorough cleaning process.
