Small Combine Grain Cleaner
1) Function: fine cleaning to remove light small and big impurities, dust, broken and mouldy grains;
2) Application: cereal grains and seeds.
3) Capacity: 800kg/h-20t/h (wheat).
Small combine cleaner is suitable for the selection and processing of a wide range of crops and all granular materials. It is particularly effective for grains with light density such as wheat, rice, sesame, linseed and sunflower seeds.
Working Process of Small Combine Cleaner
The raw grains are fed in and then lift up by the bucket elevator, then flow down to a small square chamber which is connected with air duct and suction fan to remove light impurities such as dust and bran shells, and light impurities; then the grains flow into the vibrating screen where customized sieve holes will remove larger and smaller-size impurities.
Then the grains enter the small gravity table to remove other lighter-density impurities such as blight, germinated, insect-affected, mouldy seeds.
