HZZD super Air Screen fine grain cleaner is suitable for large capacity grains and seeds cleaning,sorting, grading, which can effectively remove dust, light impurities, big and small impurities,blighted and broken seeds through the screen and winnowing mechanical.

It also has Self-contained air suction separation system, and can effectively separate light impurities and dust by equipping ventilation pipes and network.

The feeding end of HZZD Super air screen fine grain cleaner is provided with a multi-path distributor,which can uniformly distribute the materials to the sieve of each layer to ensure the efficiency of cleaning, sorting and grading.

Working Principle

HZZD rotary cleaner consists of machine frame, screen body, drive transmission system, hanging system, grain inlet box and output box, screen fame, and air suction channel, etc. which works in plane rotary movement, with proper screen holes and screen plates, it can clean the impurity from products,or grade one grain from another by different particle sizes.
